I am capable of running for an hour on my own but not sure I would be capable of one of your training sessions?

Our training sessions are split in to 4 groups so each group does slightly different efforts depending on ability. Our coaches will assist you in choosing what group suits you. Also on any one of these training nights there will always be some members just wanting to do a steady run or possibly just complete half of the training session. Best thing is to come along and try it out.
