All groups 2 x 2 miles with 4 minutes rest between reps.

Track Session: February 26th

Hi all, the track session this Saturday will be 2 sets of 3 x 600m with 200m jog recoveries between reps and 3 minutes rest between sets. This will be finished off with a mile rep. All club members are welcome to the session which begins at 11 o’clock.

This Weeks Training – 22nd & 24th Feb

Tuesday 22nd Feb 3 sets of Shuttle Runs, with 3 mins recovery between sets. Grp 1. Each set consists of 10 reps of 30 second jog followed by 20 second sprint. Grp 2. As above but 9 reps. Grp 3. As above but 7 reps. Grp 4. Easy 3m run. The route is along the …
