The 4th (and final) fixture of the track season takes place at Monkton Stadium, Jarrow, on Sunday, 5th August. Tyne Bridge/Heaton Harriers are currently one point behind joint-leaders, Middlesbrough and New Marske, but require a top two finish to ensure promotion.
