2015/16 North East Harrier League

“Many congrats to the ladies today. We have retained our NEHL title

Well done to everyone!!!

Durham City Harriers put up a fantastic competition to knock us off our perch while North Shields Poly nipped away at our heels. Gateshead Harriers had a great finish today which kept us biting our nails to the end. It was a sterling team effort from everyone who ran”.

Well done girls, you’ve done yourselves and the club proud. Proves that all those Tuesday and Thursday sessions work. Marvellous support from all in the club. Now need to target some national titles! YOUVARE GOOD ENOUGH, YOU’VE JUST GOT TO BELIVE IT.

I would like to congratulate Chris Meek on finishing 3rd Vet out of 624 in the NE Harrier League Individual Grand Prix. We were so close in nearly every race this winter and Chris edged me out of the 3rd spot by 2 points despite finishing ahead of him at Alnwick and Wrekenton. Well done Chris and see you next season!
