The 108th annual N-E Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday, 14th December, at Temple Park, South Shields.
The programme of events begins at 11am, with the Senior Men’s race going off at 1pm and the Senior Women’s race starting at 1:55pm. The men run 12.4k (approx. 7.7M) and the women 8.4k (approx. 5.4M).
Please note, these are straight races, with competitors setting off at the same time. Race numbers will be issued on the day (do not use your harrier league number).

2.30pm Under 17 Men (6.1K)
Athletes are asked to car-share if possible (parking costs 70p per day) and to get there in plenty of time to support the junior races.
