2013 Tyne Bridge Harriers Awards Ceremony

This year’s Christmas Extravaganza and Presentation Night will take place on Saturday, December 14th, at Westholme Farm Social Club, Mullen Road, Wallsend, NE28 9HL (click here for map).

This is also the same day as the North Eastern XC Championships to be held at South Shields…. so a great opportunity to celebrate the great and the good from the club, as well as celebrate what I’m sure will be a fine result from race day itself.

The event, arguably the highlight of every member’s social calendar, will include the all important Awards Ceremony as well as Buffet and Disco.

Awards, buffet and dance.

Doors open at 7.30pm with the Awards Ceremony commencing at 8:00pm. Chucking out time will be at midnight or when members drink the club dry (whichever is soonest).

Venue capacity is 200 persons, and due to expected demand tickets are limited to a maximum of 2 per member, each costing £3.

Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis, and can be bought from Nicola Brady at the Tuesday or Thursday club sessions.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have a query.
