This week’s training sessions are;
TBH Summer GP: Race 2.
A 2-Mile race through Jesmond Dene, starting at 7:00pm on Armstrong Bridge.
Members are requested to meet at East End Pool between 6:00 – 6:30 for registration before jogging to the race start (1 mile away).
Junior Section: East End Pool at 6:00pm.
Hill session through Jesmond Dene, focussing on Foot Strike and Bounding.
Beginner’s Session. East End Pool at 6:30pm.
Group 1: 1M, 8 x 800m, 1M
Group 2: 1M, 7 x 3 minutes, 1M
Group 3: 5 minutes, 7 x 3 minutes, 5 minutes
Group 4: 5 minutes, 6 x 3 minutes, 5 minutes
Group 5: 3 Sets (5 x 1 minute)
All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.
