This week’s training sessions

This week’s training sessions are;

 

Tuesday 2 April

TBH Summer Grand Prix: Race 1

A 2 Mile race through Jesmond Dene, starting on Armstrong Bridge at 7:00pm.

Members and race marshals are asked to meet at East End Pool between 6:00 – 6:30pm before making their way to the start (1 mile away).

Runners interested in joining the club (or those who have only been to the club a few times) are more than welcome to come along and take part in this event.

 

Wednesday 3 April

Beginner’s Session. Starting from East End Pool at 6:30pm.

 

Thursday 4 April

Group 1: 25 minutes Tempo Surge

Group 2: 25 minutes Tempo Surge

Group 3: 25 minutes Tempo Surge

Group 4: To be announced

Group 5: 20 minutes Tempo Surge

 

All sessions to include warm-up and cool-down runs.

 

If you are not a member but are keen on running and are interested in the benefits of joining a club, why not come along to one of our sessions.

We have different groups to suit everyone’s ability and our Coaches take pride in helping runners achieve their goals; whether that’s simply to finish a 5k race or set a marathon personal best time.
