Our good friends at Heaton Harriers have sent a reminder that the very popular Jesmond Dene Handicap Races 2011 start on Thursday May 5th this year. Entry forms can be downloaded from the link below

The course is approximately 5k of undulating tarmac roads and footpaths within Jesmond Dene, Armstrong & Heaton Park.
Each race is handicapped, giving everyone an equal opportunity to win. Competitors start at staggered times based on the information provided on the official entry form. Handicap times will be amended accordingly in subsequent races.
