Track Session: February 26th

Hi all,

the track session this Saturday will be 2 sets of 3 x 600m with 200m jog recoveries between reps and 3 minutes rest between sets. This will be finished off with a mile rep.

All club members are welcome to the session which begins at 11 o’clock.
